This triple layered pendant is made from thick gauge sterling silver with your choice of name/words/dates. A tiny heart charm is added to the top of this necklace.  Comes with 20" bead chain.

The sizes of the discs are:
top layer: 1/2"
middle layer: 3/4"
bottom layer: 1"
 
Indicate names/dates you want on each disc below, in order of layers.  Top 1/2" disc first.
